Boating

Boating is one of the most fun activities on Galveston Bay as it is protected from the crashing waves of the Gulf. The Bay is calm at night and the sunsets over the water are spectacular. The Bay is alive with all kinds of wildlife. You are welcome to bring your boat and/or Jetski and tie off at the house using our dock and covered slip. You can put your boat in right down the road at our neighborhood marina in Sea Isle.

Fishing

If you're interested in doing some fishing and need a guide we highly recommend Greg Verm. Check out his website here! https://fishinggalvestontx.com/ Give Greg a call with plenty of notice so you can get on his schedule. If he is not available, your welcome to use the amazing pier at Sea Isle which is only available for owners and guests. We have also had some luck catching stone crabs on the rocks along the pier. You can also wade fish for flounder or if you have a small boat with very little draft, you can flounder gig to the right of the pier in the shallows. They key is in the house.

Right Around the Corner

• There is a black top, outdoor, basketball court just minutes away! Great place for kids to hang out and have fun in a safe environment! There is a neighborhood swingset and tennis courts.
• THE BEACH!!!! An entrance to the beach is about a 10 min walk, right across Termini-San Luis Pass Rd (seawall). We have our own Sea Isle private beach entrance for owners and guests so that the beach experience is not crowded and you can enjoy the surf. We have an outdoor shower on the bottom floor of the Bayhouse to rinse off the salt water before going back inside.
